looking for a bit of feedback on an electro tune i've been working on,

pre mixdown...

orite az, yeh mate lovin that, not my style of music but this one really does stand out for the genre, a lot better than the shit you hear on galaxy, nice vocals and the bass line really stands out from other electro tunes IMO. like the loop in the background when it kicks in, dunno why just makes the tune seem more "full" sounding. it seems really well written and all the elements of the tune flow and float perfectly with one another and all blend into one another as well, just the way the piano gently fades in and out does it for me, top notch stuff again mate you're really makin a name for yourself on here.

 

Not bad AMH mate, not usually my cup of tea but i liked the tune all in all.

Its a gud twist on the electro style u av put on there makes a change from the usual Electro, I like the chilled out electro approch this tune has like i said not usually my cup of tea but personnally i think this would go down a treat on the radio or on an electro euphoria compilation if one ever gets released.

Dont mix this stuff myself but do enjoy listening to some1 else play it, this tune would definately stand out in an electro set, really nice and chilled out vibe to it! Sort of tune u could slip off into ur own world to on the dancefloor.

Production seems really crisp and clean, fair play to u 

same as - not my thing - but a good sound nevertheless.  maybe the sort of thing you might hear on mtv dance!?  it's always good to do something a bit different, and it'll make you a better producer.

Easy mate, im really liking some of the elements of this tune, your mixdowns have come on leaps and bounds and pretty much everything is sounding crisp and tight... There are a few things i think you could look into though... The first bassline that come in is in my view quite a letdown, by this i mean that its quite a simple melody and as such i think you should do something a bit different with it, automate some delays and reverbs on it to make it more interesting while keeping the melody the same and i think it will bubble along nicely... Also the vocal for me is very dry, i would put it through some mad sweeping delays, have some sentences bit crushed and chop the fuck out of some of the other sentences, the beauty of alot of vocals like this is you can really go to town and experiment on them without losing the feel of how it should be... Apart from that i think its pretty spot on mate, not really the sort of thing i listen to but from a technical point of view you really are improving all the time and you have always had good ideas...

Good work mate. Got a nice sound to it and the mixdown is well judged . Only snag for me is to elborate on the vox a bit more as Opeum said. Fx and cuts here and there of some kind whereever it progresses would sound nice. Overall the balance is  bang on
