Cant say im a fan these days, some of my favourite classics are hoover tracks, but same patterns/sounds being used these days. Having said that just recently there have been a couple of stand out hoover tracks, maybe times are changing!

Anybody that say's they're bored of a certain core sound of a certain genre obviously doesn't have an appreciation of that music.  To think outside the box shows real thought of style and hoovers can be weak or powerful (in impact) just the same as guitars, vocals or any other part of a tune.  Just comes down to the individuals creativity and how they apply it in the tune.thumbsupthumbsup

FKM: Who are you specifically preaching to? Your tracks are hoover orientated

edit: Why not call up head hoover honchos like Dom and Maddox and perhaps you can give them tutorialsuhohlaughing

This sounds like a Parrish way of getting attention..

Ladies and gentlemen I present to you the next Andy Whitby: FKM thumbsup

Perhaps thats because they are not trying to court attention the same way others have.

It worked for others so great example set by the people in our scene

Tom's work (by your own admission) is actually quite good though...not saying FKMs isn't but Tom hasn't got somewhere by being a cock-end - he's got somewhere cos djs actually want to play his stuff out and people want to sign his tracks.  The world of hard house and people's popularity isn't determined by a couple of threads on BT.

Bullshit.

Times change, 'core sounds' become new ones or evolve into better ones. I agree with the 2nd part of your reply but the first just isnt true.
