Don't remove the link! I don't like scouse house but I congratulate you on the timing of the vocals in the track thumbsup

I like the way you have made use of the loops also. Simple but effective. Good energy in the track and actually sounds like a kosher remix of the original.

Thanks alex penn.

getting the vocals right was the main problem i faced, since the original acapella (matched with the original edit) was 136bpm, which had to be increased to 150bpm. but this meant i had a bit distortion, but i managed to mask that by adding a touch reverb.

As far as the layout i decided to follow suit of the original edit, replacing the sounds with more uplifting sounds, as it will be more recognisable.

was a bit of a pain trying to learn the synth and piano riffs in the original as it was tuned to 0.30+. instead of changing it i decided to keep it 0.30+ so you could in fact actually layer the original over the top if beat matched.

im unsure of having 4 breakdowns though, but i see it as theres so much energy in the track, its like a little break before going again, and again.

the ending was just a rush job lol

the way it is going it could be although they are still a lot of people who like it. I hate 'Scouse' house with a passion but i love 'filthy bounce' like the old ilogik, ingo and 12" thumpers stuff. Now that's real bounce/wag for me. thumbsup

ace tune thumbsup. Yea i know what you mean with the lack of backing with that style now. Myself and a friend write a bit of bounce. Some samples up on :

Nothing wrong with a bit of oldskool bounce. I can't stand the new wave scouse 'donk' shite though. All that stuff is just a load of covers of pop tunes with an offbeat donk bassline typically made on Rave eJay by 15 year old young offenders called 'DJ Ova-Doser', 'MC TrippleDroppa' and 'A&E Saturday Night Just Got Bottled Kru'. yawn
