liking this mate. Nice synth sound used and the kik, hat and sub bass is cool too. Only thing with the gated bassline is it clips on each note. Try turning down the cutoff of the sound or even add a tiny bit of attack on your noise envelope to get rid of the clipping sound. It will still have the full round bass in it already has. Good work tho

Yeah I like this also..   Not really into HT that much anymore but I could listen to this without it hurting my ears like most UKHT does...  lol

Can give much technical feedback, but the track flowed well, carries all the right elements, and keeps you listening...   Good stuff..

I was really impressed from the start.  some of the sounds in there sound very good and you've got all the right elements in the track.

here comes some constructive criticism:-

The breakdown just slams in - it sounds like a stop/start mix - the delays from the part before get caught up with the strings.
The pad isn't quite in time (probably the attack) and it really shows up when the lead comes in.
Beef up the lead: as soon as the pad ends, a lost of atmosphere is lost and there's no real impetus when the beat+bass kick in.
Perhaps the hat is too loud?
The only other thing is that its not that different to the orignal.

Apart from maybe the lead, it's just a bit of tweakin'.  Good stuff.

I totally agree - look here, I literally spent half an hour on this track. I just used the midis I made myself, put them over one of my existing tracks, and It sounds exactly like the original. I must say... Im not too impressed with it now, but if you guys stick to this thread, ill post a new link and a completely new mix of it. How does that sound?
