Deprivation Update Including The First Vinyl Release From Storm
Three New Deprivation Releases Hit The Stores...........
Tracks from Little Jon, Equinox, JP & Jukesy, Defecitve Audio & Masmada
As the summer comes Deprivation turn up the heat with three brand spanking new releases which feature the launch of two exciting new label projects.
Deprivation Club Series - Storm
A - JP & Jukesy Vs Garbo - One Night In Coolville
AA - Little Jon - Sucka
First up is the launch of the Deprivation Club Series. The concept for this sub label to take residents & promoters from the uk's biggest hard house clubs and to do a combined vinyl release to promote both the club & the label brands in a joint venture. There was only one place to start this series, this place is the world's number 1 hard house club Storm !! On the main side of the vinyl label bosses JP & Jukesy have teamed up with storm promoter and resident Garbo for the aptly named "One Night In Coolville "..... Named after a recent news paper article about the club. Flip over for a track that's been bubbling under for about 2 years now, it comes from ex Nukleuz producer Little Jon. This one is a real head down foot to the floor number with its simple stripped down beats and heavy hoover riff. Be sure to check out the sleeve artwork and see if you made it onto the back cover as it features a selection of pictures from storm events over the last few months.
Deprivation Master Class Volume 1
A - Equinox - Equinox Dawn
AA - Equinox - Rave In My Bedroom
The Second release we have see's the long over due launch of the Deprivation Masterclass. The concept for this sub label is to take the main key players in the hard house scene and let them work their magic on the release, the artist has full control on what gets release onto vinyl so its a real showcase of where their production is at the moment. First up is the hugely talented Equinox with his amazing "Equinox Dawn" & "Rave In My Bedroom". Both sides have gained huge support from a wide range of dj's and has even had Radio 1 air play thanks to DJ Kutski. Equinox Dawn on the main side is more of a NRG trance number and this is backed up with the harder hitting rave in my bedroom on the flip. Both sides are serious floor shakers and one 12" for the collection for sure
Deprivation Recordings 22
A - Defecive Audio & Masmada - Hey Japanese Step Back
AA - Stop This
The Third release we have sees the 22nd release on our main label. This comes in the form of two tracks from studio genius Defective Audio & label fave's Masmada aka Jukesy & Sam Hudson. On the a side we have a crunchy hard house affair, this is peak time material that sits nicely mid set, not overly hard but just enough to keep it pumping along. Flip over for a move groove based production.... "Stop this" is aimed squarely around the early to mid part of the night with its quirky bass and catchy vox. One side hard one side early to middle of the night material which means something for everybody is included on this release
