Music Style Hardhouse / Hardtrance / Harddance

For the first time in ages ive had some studio time for myself and i have finally done some work to some tunes that i have had to put on the backburner for a long time... Anyways some of you may have listened to this when i first started working on it ages ago, i have now changed the bass and taken out some of the clutter, it still needs a fair bit of work (sweeps, fills, the break needs completing etc etc) not mixed it down properly yet either... Any thoughts on it so far would be greatly appreciated and also any suggestions of labels for when its finished would be good too as im not sure what kind of harddance style you could call it...

Good track lad!! Lovin the bass play in the main!! Maybe some sort of vocal or just a couple of words to help define it instead of someone trying to hum the riff to discribe it if ya get me!! Top stuff though!!thumbsup

Cant comment on the production as its just about perfect, love the bass, love the kick and the start of the break is clever. All in all this should be signed to a big vinyl label.

If you put engineers aside, there isnt many producers in HH today that can make tunes of this standard, its a shame but its true.

9/10thumbsup

Once again thanks for leaving feedback and taking a listen guys, ive been pretty amazed by the feedback so far as in my eyes the tune still has loads more that needs doing to it... Vynil would be preferable but its not essential to me, i would just like to know that it is with a good label who are going to push it as much as they can as it would be nice to walk into a club one day and hear one of my tunes blaring out... party

Matt B - Yeah long time no speak mate, how you been ??? You still running momentum ???

DK - I can understand what you mean about the vocal sample but i would like to stick away from the norm with this tune a bit, besides which, if i dont put a sample in then the best way of someone telling thier mate about the tune if they like it is to play it to them which for me is alot more appealing...

Daz - Thanks for the wicked comments... What did you mean about "minus engineers thing" ??? I dont use engineers, I do all the engineering on my tracks aswell as all production unless it is a collab etc in which case i still do the engineering but we will both produce the tune (myself and the other party)... Is that what you meant ???

Everyone else, thanks again for the feedback... Much appreciated biggrinthumbsup

I think what Daz was saying was that there are very few producers who can make tracks nowadays without having to use an engineer dude.

Listened to the tune again last night btw, awesome track! Love the ideas! beer beer

Daz means you've got an awesome sound for someone that doesnt use an engineer mate, usually when you hear a tune produced to this standard there is a big name involved, which isnt the case here!!

Fair play mate it's a wicked tune thumbsup
