Connors - Vintage Hard House Mix

Been meaning to do a mix with some real older stuff for a while and finally got off my arse and did one this week. Nothing to heavy, a little bit of fruit and it doesn't go past 147bpm. Decided not to change any of the levels on this one so might sound a bit 'raw' in some places. Hope you get the chance to give it whirl and feedback always appreciated.

This mix is the fuckin nuts.. makes me wanna come back to England & get me groove on somewhere.

This mix is the epitome of how a Hard House DJ should mix & sound for me. Fuck those DJs that scratch & throw effects over tracks left, right & centre. I think that you've gotta hear the music for what it is, & the groove, especially when its as good as this.

Rodi Style for instants, now, nothing against the guy.. he has skills, no doubt about it, superb DJ many would say, he's making a name for himself, people love him blah blah blah.. but it just does nothing for me!

I'd much rather hear a mix like this, just solid beat matching that flows so well.. like HH sets from DJs such as the Steve Thomas's of this world.

But hey, the world would be a sad place if we all liked the same shit.

Sorry for the rant.. just had to let that out.
