eBay whinge

Just listed a few items on eBay tonight. First time I've done this in a good year or so. It's taken me nearly 2 hours just to do this and i've been charged £5 for the priveledge already, and now I know that AT LEAST 10% of my earnings (if I do sell) will go to ebay, with a further 3.4% going to paypal as now I can only offer paypal on certain items.

Even though I have a 100% good rating and over 100 feedback I have been told that on one of my items, paypal will hold my money for 21 days!!!!! in case the buyer leaves bad feedback. Fucking joke!

Wish someone would make an alternative to eBay without the shit.

Really surprised Google havent set up a Google Auctions. With the money they make of Adsense/Adwords they could afford to seriously undercut eGay/Gaypal and put them out of business. Coupled with Google Checkout and Google Mail users would only need one account for the whole lot.

Yeah I agree, Google Checkout is far more user friendly than PayPal and Google could easily set up a rival auction site and instantly gain the market by undercutting eBay on fees.
