Anyone used the Novation Nio Soundcard?

I was looking at the Novation Nio Soundcard for my Laptop to replace my Edirol UA20.

Both are USB2

Anyone used one?

I want it for the 4 outs and the input selection (DJ and pro music) it also has some built in DSP and plugins. £136.00 and free delivery.

I use one for all my live sets (and the Spektre live sets) and don't have a bad word to say about it - get one!

Avoid NI stuff if you can. Their hardware is pants.

Cheers both, now if you (paul) actually use the unit and dont have a prob then i will probably take your word and recommendation since you would have to rely on it if using it live

As for Kevs comment, well that could be the same for most manufacturers since some hardware works bether than others depending on the software drivers and compatability with your PC's hardware. - I remember Novations Basstation and Drumstation, both had faulty software and PSU's and needing mods to work properly But the Zero SL i have works great

After I posted it for a minute I tought I was the one that was getting it wrong

lol...Yeah, sorry I meant Native hardware is crap. Well not the hardware so much as the software they give you with it. I had a Audio DJ8 and a Audio control 1 and got rid of both. What a waste of money. The Audio DJ 8 has zero configuration possibilities on the software other than latency which is baffling considering it's a 4 in/4 Out card.
