Tidy are proud to welcome a new but widely respected face to join them at HQ.
After taking the reins at Storm a little over 3 years ago, Garbo successfully built the brand from the shadows of Passion to become one of the most respected and well attended monthly Hard Dance nights in the country.
Storm has consistently performed month in month out, with some of the biggest and best thought out line-ups in the scene today. As the only winner of the hotly contested Best Large Club 2 years in succession, it is plain to see Garbos finger is on the pulse of the clubber.
Instrumental in developing the brand beyond that of a club night, and commissioning hugely successful music releases including the Storm Album and Storm EP, working with some of the biggest names in Hard Dance including tidy and Deprivation, Garbos tireless work behind the scenes has also seen Storms presence grow both internationally and on the UK festival scene, with their own 3000 capacity arena at Gatecrashers Summer Sound System.

From November 4th, Garbo will take up his role as tidys new Brand Manager, tasked with continuing tidys position at the top of the scene. Working closely with Label Manager Sam Townend and Operations Manager Sara Gleadhall, Garbo will look to capitalise on the growth of tidys music label with some new and exclusive events in 2009.

At tidy, we feel that with Garbos fantastic reputation within the industry with the Clubber, Promoter and DJ alike and his known support for up and coming talent there was no one better suited to take tidy forward for the future.

At the last Weekender, The Tidy Boys announced that it was their intention cut back on their DJing activities and who can blame them, they have served us well. Everyone at Tidy wishes both Andy and Amadeus every success for the future.

The Tidy Boys brought you Music for the Harder Generation; Tidy will now bring you Music from the New Generation.
Absolutely itching to get started in his new role, Garbo looks forward to seeing you all at the forthcoming Tidy Xmas Disco in December and looks forward to your continued support throughout 2009.

Keep it Tidy.

Great news for Garbo. Was wondering what he'd concentrate on after leaving Storm. Tidy have pulled off a big coup here I reckon. Good times ahead. thumbsup
