Your obviously not understanding what im saying mate as i read and re-read your post but i still think that you are missing the point... Just because companies make equipment and software it doesnt mean that an engineer has bought the stuff and then they automatically have a tune, you still have to learn how to use it and have the ideas there in the first place and (to be an exceptional engineer) know the inner workings of sound and everything to do with it... Dance music being what it is (made on compeuters and synthesizers mainly) means that you have to use tools that have been made with this purpose in mind... Anybody can make music, regardless of equipment or 3rd parties inventing things !!! If i stood up and tap danced like michael flatly while simultaneously beat boxing then would i be making music ??? Of course i would... Would i be making good music ??? that is objectional to the listener... Just because someone has made a device or program that can record my foot slapping / mouth jingle it doesnt that it has made the tune for me, quite frankly what you are implying is a bit of an insult to my intelligence and my 10 years of hard work / courses / reading / experimenting...
(cropped the conversation as it is getting a bit long haha!)
Regardless of how you feel, you still need others to make things for you before you can work on your music....
And the only way what I have said can be an insult to you is if YOU are disregarding all the hard work which made your efforts possible
Your arguement is possibly one of the most ridiculous things ive heard in a long time, im not going to carry on trying to dissuade you from what you are waffling about because its not worth my time and if you are honestly that dilluded then there is no helping you with it...
As for me finding it insulting... The main reason im finding it insulting is because you obviously have no clue what it actually takes to become an accomplished engineer or musician (if you did then you would realise how stupid your statements have been)...
