Wondering what this might be worth............

Got a few dance records at a bootsale the other week and one of them is a 1 sided test press of Karim - Medical Information. It's just a white label with an info sticker stuck on the side that has the track pressed on it. Just looked on Discogs there and it says their was only ever 10 of these made.

 

Anyone got an idea on a value for this? It is for sale aswell as I dont really play hard house these days so any offers then feel free to pass them this way.

i hate to say it but there are only ever usually 2 to 10 test pressings of any record made so its not rare as such compared to a limited edition... name your price and allow offers on it i suggest:?

Do you's think £20 is reasonable for it? There are only 10 of them but judging by the fact that only 2 want it on discogs i assume it aint that sought after plus I only paid £1 for it so £20 is a decent mark up. A local hard house dj has offered me £20 and i'm seriously considering taking it.
