Thanks for all the comments.
A couple of suppliers and labels have taken a hit which i regret, all have had or are getting stock returned and the companies debts were considerably less than they ever were, 4k total. Most of our suppliers went under before we did.
Refunds, Fair or not, is something i have no choice about. The company was struck of the registrar, and bank accounts closed. I had a backup company ready to go if needed. Technically the old company (which is run from my home (which i rent)) when struck off its assets were abandoned in my house and its my job to dispose of the small amount of stock that remains, so customers that had items reserved can pay for there shipping, which i will inturn spend at the post office. The new company and myself are both pennyless so cannot fund refunds that theres no legal obligation to. Allowing customers that had credit to order whatever remains and actually receive something is better than nothing as is normally the case.
Other stores, ive seen people mention Juno, they really are the tescos of this industry, please support the smaller stores, toolbox, kinetic, chemical, german trance (if still going?) etc. If not supported there will soon be no specialists left.
And someone mentioned credit card data, BT doesnt store any card data, so theres no need to worry about stuff like that being sold.
