Feedback sites?

C'mon dude, people are not perfect. Everyone has doubts, especially artists. Even big name producers need feedback, just as authors have editors, sportsmen have coaches and movie companies do pre-screenings to judge the audience's reactions.

that's the most comical post ever. Any producer needs feedback, just most don't post up on forums for feedback.

BT is the worst feeback forum I've ever encountered.

 

It's basically one big circle jerk where all the 'up and comers' big up the established producers somehow thinking that it's going to help their own pathetic production career.  Anyone who isn't established simply doesn't get feedback.

 

Any feedback that is given is "i like it" (because it's nails) or "Not my cup of tea" (stock answer to anything posted on BT that isn't nails) which is retard's feedback and doesn't help anyone.

 

 

It happens on other forums too. The thing is, feedback isn't given deep enough at all. It would be nice for top producers to leave some feedback for up and coming producers, but that just doesn't happen, never has and never will, maybe they are too busy.

Yea i agree you are your own critic so to speak and you 'know' what needs to be done in order improve, but at the same time you do need feedback from honest people. I'm not saying to believe in discussion, just to believe the majority of in depth feedback.

yes I'm all for testing a track out on a dance floor and unveiling a masterpiece or not I'm glad you see were I'm coming from I'm not saying if you are learning the craft don't ask for feedback of course you need your peers there to help you through or not in some cases,  i did say in the first place A GOOD PRODUCER  its true you should just make tracks and they slam as a competent producer if it don't vibe DELETE it, that's just the way Ive always looked at things doubt not Thomas.

Sorry mate but I think your opinion on feedback is arrogant nonsense. Would you rather find out people don't like something about your tune by getting some feedback before you release it or by getting hardly any sales? Even top producers can benefit from feedback, be it something as simple as "make the intro longer I'm finding this hard to mix".

Very true not directed at anyone in particular and some good people on there but the level of onesty and advice on it is very poor imo

Stephen King has sold over 350 million copies of his books and he still has an editor review his work before it's published. I guess he's not as perfect as you.
