Had major problems with these tossers over the last three or four months,to cut a long story short we got slammed,after many bills demanding money for a service we never wanted they eventually admitted they had slammed us and cleared the account,or so we thought..

Got a letter from a fucking debt collection agency today saying pay up or we're coming for our money!my girlfriend paid up as the bills in her name and doesnt want to get bad credit,I rang them back when I finished work and kicked off asking them what the hell they were playing at and they said they'd credit her bank account with the money she'd just paid,we shall wait and see

Her credit rating has probably already been affected now though,it enough to make me wanna punch myself in the dick

So to summarise,my advice is dont even consider giving those dirty scamming fuckers at Talk Talk/Carphone Warehouse your money,and if you are one of the numerous incompetent twats who works for em then I hope you die a long painful death at the hands of bad AIDS.

I work for Carphone Warehouse actually and would like to be excluded from this as it is not the fault of the staff at a sales level and as I work for CPW and not TalkTalk would appreciate not being wished such a demise.
I agree that at times TalkTalk can be a big pile of shit but I've had their broadband for over 3 years with no problems whatsoever, and if you think that's because it's I'm an employee of their parent company, it aint, the lines are all owned by BT still and I know plenty of people I and colleagues of mine have sold to who are more than happy with the service.
