Would like to know on progression on Get Back Together.Think its ok,but wasn't sure i should have made whole track hoovers and thats it.

bloody hell you must never leave your computer, seems to be 5 new tracks a day pal. Will give them a listen, but cant comment in any depth as im not production minded

No pretty much my main hobby in week mate.

Spend most nights after work on it and go out at weekends.

 

These 3 took me all of feb,but yeh probably did 5 or 6 !lol.

 

Still took good 3 - 4 days most of them,though.

 

Please doesn't have to to technical feedback.Could be on progression(thats one i'm more bothered about),than did i compress bass enough and also like it i guess.

I keep trying to improve progression.Will be slowing down though now,maybe trying to revamp old stuff which didn't progress and its fun for me to see how far i've come and see if i can make it progress.I can't see me writing hardhouse though,wanted too,but i just don't enjoy writing it.Like listening to it though.

Hello mate, (message for Dexitron),

If your opp did Get Back Together progress ok.

It starts with screechy hoover,then its more hoover changing to oldschool rave sound i created.
Then its back to original hoover,which then progresses and gradually changes to a new hoover for main riff of song.
The string break,which again come of the new hoover.

Bottom line do you think the oldschol rave sound bit + string break was too much for it.

Would it have been better screechy hoover,change to new hoover,hoover bit,change again to diff hoover,back to original.

As say this is the part of progression,i'm not 100% sure what people are after.

Any help appreciated,having said that i like it but i do like hoover in middle most so.. ummm!

Dude, it's great that you have so much passion. Only thing is you're going to have to space out the amount of tracks you post on here. People can't keep up. Anyway, keep up the good work. You have improved loads over the last year. Just try to keep it in the every other week range.LOL....

I'm on holiday till Tuesday from Tomorrow anyway and then i have to sort out two that label wants,so nothing new i wouldn't have thought for a good 2 weeks.

Plus i'm bored of oldschool and will be concentrating on dance for a bit.

Had postive comments on the bassline + strings on AFTER THE STORM.

Might change the singing to speaking see if that helps as Sandrine(one hell of a singer from France),said it would be better speaking,so i might.
