really got back into reading since christmas..
id recommend these:
Urban is a little shit and one day the author meets him and becomes his friend he then
meets the shed crew, they are basically a bunch of reprobates on a council estate..
but some of the storys are rood and you cant help but like them even thou they are little shits
This is the story of a homeless guy (stuart) who the authour meets and becomes fasinated by.
its his life story but told backwards over a series of meetings, which are split up by him going
to prison or mental, but its a great read (if a little difficult at times). Stuarts views on 'the man'
and his money making ideas make the book imo
probably a religious book but i didnt see it as such..Its about a chap who dies
whilst working at a theme park. He goes to heaven and meets 5 people that
he has had an effect on during his life..Was different to what i usually like but
its an easy read and makes you think abit.
and finally.. one day is the story of 2 people dexter and emma.
they meet on the last day of uni and basically stay in contact for 20 years
you only read about one day across those years but it strangely works.
havent enjoyed a book as much as this one for ages..Its a film waiting to
happen...Good book for men and women this one.
