Really impressed with this one mate, you are definately getting there with the tunes, this really takes me back to the quality sort of hardhouse that i used to go mental to all weekend in sweaty clubs when i first started raving, before everything got a bit too technical and over the top, its just a plain good driving tune with a nice chunky feel to it and some simple but very effective leads and percs...

If i were to pick anything out i would say the midrangeover the whole mix is a tad muddy, also the top end could be crisper... That said though it could probably be sorted with some decent mastering as its quite a general eq problem over the whole track... Also it could be spread more across the stereo field but i dont think it matters so much as its just a plain old stomping hardhouse tune (at least thats what i would class it as) and as it stands i think it will translate very well on most systems if you sort the eq tweeks which i said... Basically it could be made cleaner but with some proper mastering to get it a bit more thumping and some sparkle i think it will be a very decent tune...

i actually felt the strength of the melody to this one.

Nice vocs + melody.

Perhaps the booty goes back samp is a little quiet, just a little not a lot,but struggled a tad on first time it played.Might be my speakers.

if you could tell us if drums are ok on my new one i'd appreciate it.Cheers thumbsup

Hi Allan,

Seemed similar to other one mate,as said before strong melody.

Notice theres not much breakbeat in there, notice a few on here Sturdy, etc,do that on hardhouse.
You have got that break at 2.57,but its so similar to other pattern, perhaps a more diverse change there.

Maybe another sound over your main riff at 3.24.I could hear a spaced out piano sound over it myself.
Also the woh,yeh vocal not sure if its fitting the dark feel of the vocals.

Mate i'm just trying to nitpick to help you, basically i couldn't hear a lot wrong with it.Sounded a good track.

Like you said to me take on board the pointers or don't,its up to how you feel smile

Cheers

Music Style mad amounts of high end
there's a really good flow to this track. the perc is a tiny bit wishy-washy in the high end but not enough to prevent it from being a good tune. thumbsup
