I thought Shutter Island was pretty good - Scorcese did a good job emulating Hitchcock-style suspense. Not as good as Hitchcock, of course, but still good.

Even the graphics and effects in TF2 were shit - Michael Bay needs to learn to direct a special effects shot that lasts longer than 1/10th of a second.

yeah i found the action hard to follow as it was really fast paced but fuck me it did look nice when you managed to get a decent view thumbsup

Watch the extended version - has tales of black freighter spliced into movie where they should be and many scenes are alot more violent, as they were in the comicthumbsup Loads better than cinematic or directors version IMO

 

Rocks in at 3.5hrs tho, so you have to commit.eeek

i thought Ninja assasins was terrible! different stroke eh, but i thought a very poor effort, shit fight scenes, bad acting, and a shite story line.

What when u managed to pause it n go frame by frame to see anything? Half the time just looked like loads of flapping colors going across the screen.
