Morning all,

Got myself an iPhone 4 a few weeks ago, but decided not to take out the insurance with Vodafone cause they wanted £15 a month! I had a brief look on line before I made the decision and found you can get cover from about £5 a month.

Now I've gone to set it up, I'm a bit like a rabbit in headlights. There's so many exclusions and clauses, so I thought I'd ask if anyone on here can make any recommendations?

i never bothered with it, they wanted about £10 a month to cover mine and if i had any problems with mine id just smash it up and claim from the house insurance thumbsup. failing that if i lost it then id just have to buy another but i have a spare phone to use to go out on the piss with so hopefully i will never loose it lol

Yeah if you have house insurance you usually just have to pay the excess which is usually between £50-£100?

I had my 3gs insured with O2 for €10 a month, had to pay €65 excess when it was nicked and I got a HTC Desire as a replacement - worth having IMO.
