there should be three vox samples - the two long ones and one mashup of short ones

 

the 2 long ones seem to be clipped in comparison to whats in the track.

here's what i have

you mean they cut out where you've written up to?   They should be complete, dude...what are you playing them with?  how big are the files?  They should be 2.2MB and 1.2MB.

files are the right size, i had initially auditioned them in fl studio

Might grab the samples and have a play around, don't think I'll bother entering tho', I don't think my second track would quite be up to the standard hehe.

so whats the tempo of the samples? the midi track gives me 140 bpm but i think the percussion sample seems to loop better at 146
just want to get the delays right, haven't tried them all out yet... anyone know?

yea spose i could lash on a time stretch but prefer to keep it the original tempo if ya know what i mean

thats part of the challenge though kid, this is in effect a real-life remix scenario where u get given the samples and a time limit,

let the games begin, i slapped the main lead over one of my old tune last night and it sounded pretty mint i have to say.
