I've made a pact with Jennie and my family that we're not going to spend too much this year. Still got about £10,000 to save for the wedding and little Bish will be turning up in just a couple of months. Jennie puts about £1,000 a month towards bills and groceries etc which I'll have to cover from January as well.

She keeps talking about doing Zumba once the baby's born, so I'm thinking about getting her a Kinect to go with our X-box.

My sister wants to be a tattooist, so gonna take her to the brighton tattoo convention for her present.
My dad's wanted his living room to have wood flooring in it, but hasn't been able to afford it, so gonna buy and fit that for him (daft as it sounds, this will be the present that'll get the best reaction)
My mum I haven't a clue yet :-/
And my other half has dropped hints about a jacket she wants, so gonna get that for her.

I've just asked for money towards getting more done to my tattoo, gonna get the top of my right sleeve finished in the new year

I have got my lad a Wii with mario kart, then few bits. My little girl is getting a DS and again few bits of stuff liek tea set, caterpillar kit. Of course both want some chocolate. Family all sorts of different bits smile

I'm going to a food festival on Sunday and since my parents are foodies I'm going to find loads of nice bits and construct a hamper for them. I'll get nice cheeses, oils etc. Better than buying a ready made one which I always find are a bit disappointing.

I've got my Brother some robot salt & pepper pots and I'll probably pick up something else for him too at some point.

I've got Timmeh's present but for obvious reasons I cannot disclose on here!

Myself I've no idea what I'm getting for Christmas. My Birthday is on the 28th and I've asked Tim to get me some Converse trainers. My Brother is getting me the Mysterious Cities of Gold box set. happy

Dunno really, i'll rush around on Christmas eve and buy a load of crap for people, that will inevitably end up unused in the bottom of a drawer for a few years before it is donated to charity. thumbsup

I took her last year... get to see some strange looking people!! I got my sleeves started there last year, am going back to see the same tattooist to get more done, so bit of a present for myself biggrin

although my sister loves it there, gets to chat to hundreds of people about the one thing she has a proper passion about

Dont really need anything, so what ever people choose to get me will be a nice surprise.

Been a long hard year, getting new job, moving house etc so am really just looking forward to finishing work, going up to Shrewsbury and seein my family and friends.

Few christmas songs, and a few beers in the pub. Few mince pies and brandys. Goose, Turkey, Gammon dinner with all trimmings. Tin of Roses. You know the score.

Major christmassy chillout with the people like the most smile

My sister usually gets all the presents and I just give her the cash and get her to put my name on the card, but she isnt around this Christmas so will probably get my ma to sort the presents and il just give her the funds, fuck that trekin around shops buyin crap for people that they'l probably wont like/use, lets be honest everyone prefers cash.

Its my ultimate geek present to myself! smile

Its called the Sony head mounted display (HMD). It has just been released in the UK and a couple of weeks ago in Japan/US.

It has two 0.7" OLED screens with 720p resolution. Its supposedly like sitting in the middle of a cinema (size wise). Having two seperate screens you get no 3D cross talk so it is supposed to be pretty much the best 3D you can get. I have been reading loads about it and apparently the main issue is that it isn't very confortable to wear so people have been making making foam bike helmets moulds and straps etc to get a better fit! haha total geek city this thing laughing

There were only 250 going to the UK apparently and they were sold out straight away. I don't think Sony thought they would get the demand they did to be honest.

Anyway, its on its way, im waiting for it to turn up any day. 3D Skyrim with headtracking on the PC here I come smile
