Anyone not got a tattoo?

Feel like i'm a minority, eveyone these days seem to be tattoo'ed. Should've trained as a tattoo artist rather than a graphic designer.

Never ever wanted one. Loads of mates got them a couple of years ago when it was in vogue now they all want them off; cue expensive laser removal.

I got one small one but it doesn't really count. I'm more into piercings myself, I also like the idea of scarification/branding too but I'd have to think of something creative and cool if I was to get decorative scars (not fake bear/lion/shark attack scars or removed wings etc...)

The way I see it, unless you get something family related, at some point in your life  you are gonna want that tattoo off.

yea this is common here, they get their sons or daughters name inked on them as if to pay tribute or sign of honour or some shit and then cant feed them cos money gone on tat.

no tats on me either... all my friends got them when i was young it seemed i would be a rebel by not getting any lol

I got none.Dont see the appeal and just think that they scar your body for life.I believe a lot of people will regret there tats in years to come

30cm on right leg
10cm on leg leg
8cm on right hip
8cm for appendix

I have none, all my brothers and sisters got them, my dad was covered in them. I never saw anything I liked enough to have the rest of my life, for me a tattoo has to mean something to me and perhaps tell a story, also im not best keen on needles.

above knee - fell down when i was 5

left elbow, scar from cut with glass

left wrist - slash from stanley knife
left wrist - burn from hot butyle

left fingers - scar from cut with scissors, glass shards

most are from when i worked with glass, im not an emo

Nope, plenty of scars though, mainly from when I used to be a knife throwers assistant in a circus.

I'm getting the one on my left arm removed. Not because I don't like the design, it's the location I have issues with.

I'm planning a large one for my back though. I've found an amazing artist who will be able to do it in exactly the style I want.

I have quite a few and don't regret any of them. Will be getting my full sleave finished off hopefully this year.

I haven't.  Most look hideous.  I *might* have something done as and when I have children but, other than that, no thanks.

oi this is a thread for those of us 'without' tattoos to be able to speak in a demeaning manner of those with tatoos, not a place to celebrate them.

I knew a skin head years ago who had C U N T across his forehead, I guess he thought he was telling people they were cunts, we all called him cunt.

I was going with a girl, broke up etc then a month or two later she had another fella's name on her wrist lol *cringe-time* when they break up and she's moves on again.. ouch.

yeah my current girlfriend ex came home one day with a "surprise" he had her name tattoo'd on his shoulder, less than 12 months later they are no longer together and hes stuck with a tattoo of some ex on his shoulder for all his future girlfriends to see.

Having peoples name tattoo'd is always a bad idea, unless its your children.

But even then the mother of my youngest son has his name tattoo'd on her arm, 4 years ago I took full parential responsibility and her son now lives with me full time, and all she has is a shit tattoo.
