I agree 100% but that's just it, I don't think Tom has ever really gone overboard or whatever, and everyone who meets him says he's a standup guy so I don't think he deserves his bad rep. He hardly said anything out of order!

Things have certainly changed over the years, definitely within HH. The majority of labels have no financial backing or reliant on upkeeping a reputable distribution to get their product out there successfully to continue running. There are labels/artists that need no return to function, and for some, a certain lack of professional etiquette has no bearing on that. 

Take that to other areas of the music scene and noticeably things are not so lax.
