I also thought bridesmaids was shit, also the green latern and captain america, also hostel 3 was shit, but i watched it anyway.

I sort of know what you mean as I started to dismiss it pretty much as it began. Pretty dark undertone with the abuse side she was blocking out going on in there with alternate reality and the character personalities of her in the girls, which in turn makes the film a two sided watch. Definitely not the film I was expecting from the trailers but, much better story than the action trailer suggests. The music was fucking terrible, really grated with me.       

I watched Mega Shark vs Crocosaurus the other day.   Its a little cracker. 

 

It was so bad on so many levels and so stupid, that it was good for that reason alone

Recently been watching quite a lot of Movies for Men films on that channel on Sky.
Must admit some crackers there i'd never seen.

About to watch that this evening. It got in loads of critics top ten movies of 2010 so though it would be good?

 
   Not really tbh personally.Last 10 minutes was best and even that left me unsure what the hell it was all about.

got to say i agree. at the beginning i thought it might pan out well as it's pretty accurate with the depression stuff. aside from the contrast between her and the supposedly sane, normal people around her i found the film utter tedium and could only think ' GOOD! YOU ALL FUCKIN' DESERVE IT - for being so mindnumbingly boring!' when the ending came.

got to agree with sucker punch aswell - not the right vehicle for the 'depth' it contains. nice to look at but not much else

not quite as recent but i almost asked for my money back when i went to see Romero's Diary Of The Dead - what the fuck was the old codger thinking (apart from the obvious wallet fillage)

 You gave it longer than me,to find out the point to her in it then.The first minutes i had doubts and fast forwarded through all that slow pointless stuff on a golf course and leaves or something falling.Very dissapointed with such a poinent cast

I have a soft spot for that film   The barrage of post apocalyptic Italian films of the 80's I couldn't get enough of as a kid

Watched it the other night. My, my what what an unnerving movie. It wasn't shit, but then again not exactly enjoyable to watch, but it wasnt shit. I thinks its the only movie i have ever seen that goes from Domestic Drama, Black Comedy, Thriller, Mystery then Horror.

Watched In Time last night. A great idea that was terribly executed. Some awful performances in it too.

I've got film called Rubber which someone left at my house that I haven't got round to watching. I know it's gonna be shit but I reckon it'll be worth watching for a laugh. A fucking car wheel tire going round killing people. I love the picture on the front of police chasing this one tire down the road.
