I think the title is misleading, isn't it a private party on private land with invites only, therefore there should'nt be a problem. and as for the invites/info i reckon you'll know closer to the time.

Basically if its a private party your ok police can't do anything.... BUT
if its an open invite anyone can come its illegal, need Public liability.
YOu need it to be private or the person who owns the land to pretend they didn't know about it!!!!

criminal jusitce bill made any outdoor event that has what can be described as repetitive music illegal and the police have the power to shut it down

Ok fair enough, lots of loop holes thou, from my experience if you get set up and some peeps on site u will be fine as long as your location is good. The bill usually don't want the bother, particually if your on your own land and private. Can't say i have been lucky enough to find a private site always foresty etc.
