it´s getting close, and really interesting. JUst thought I could ask, if the remixes that not win, if they will be online for a listen? perhaps in Lo-Fi.

seems i'm no longer gonna be entering this, my computer keeps blue screening on me every half hour when i'm using fruity. So no way of getting it finished

Totally miffed!

 

Been workin on this in my spare time since samples were posted.  Almost finished.  This weekend flatmate decided to install broadband and do an OS update on my pc while I was away.  Now turning on the soundcard makes the whole pc crash!  Fuckin great eh?   So there goes my entry and two months of work.

Anybody win this yet?  I'd like to hear the finished products that would be kick ass!

A cursory glance at the front page of this thread reveals to the casual observer that the deadline for entries is some two weeks away. A further exercise in elementary logic might lead one to conclude that one cannot win the competition until after the entries are submitted. Of course, you might make an argument based on the relativistic nature of time or perhaps even the constancy of spacetime (and, further, that our perception of time is merely an illusion to facilitate the digestion of a predetermined fate). In any case, whether or not "now" is some transient fantasy, the fact of the matter is that the information pertaining to the victor of this competition is currently inaccesible by us using any known laws of nature. I suppose you will just have to wait.
