It should read Phil York & Dark By Designwink

I assume that whoever typed it in misheard the names, as that'd be a pretty spectacular typo

Hehe, Someone has attrocous handwritting, i spent a while trying to work out if it was dark by design, but it was definetly a lot closer to the above. Sorted now.
