okay finally finished a new tune (god, i'm slow eyesup)

theres nothing subtle about this one evil, just some bangin' nrg with a big riff, couple of basslines, acid n some nasty stabs

fucking non-stop (192kbps sample)

anyway, any feedback would be wicked, thanks smilethumbsup

very impressive doood! i would say that i felt it could use a stronger bassline, thats preference tho...

the break is excellent, cant really fault it, except that the kick back didnt seem to be strong enough for what the break was building to, but very good still, good work thumbsupthumbsup

Blinding, loved it, awesome work. Production sounded awesome.

The little melodic stab that comes imo would sound dirtier if it were a diff sound? Maybe even an acid sort of sound?

I love it though, keep up the good work!!

Benshab - F**ing Non Stop - 66%. This track is not bad, it ticks all the right boxes and all the elements are here. Beat and bass are good with lots of drive, although I would have liked to see more variation to the beat. The break was OK, but too predictable; I keep saying it, but when producing music you really need to inject a sense of your personality into your tracks and this will give you the edge. Things started to come together towards the end of the track with the acid; and this was the best bit of the tune. There is usually a but, and in this case it is the most common one: 'Identity'. It sounds too similar to so many other tracks without standing out enough to be noticed amongst the crowd.

Cheers

yeah, admit this one doesn't break any new boundaries, but i dunno, just seemed right to do something that wasn't clever, or subtle.. just big evil

Quite like this actually, nice touch with the bassline change ala OD404 - as has been said it would be cool if you varied your percussion a bit more, I'm a sucker for inventive drum programming thumbsup

Not hugely original, but solid...good stuff biggrin

Nice mate, very nice.Cant give you any critcal feedback on production etc as i dont have the experience too but from a buyers point of view if this was given to me i would snap it up as quick as could be.Agreed it was nothing original in terms of style but what a fookin great example of an NRG tune,i loved it,specially as every one has mentioned about the acid element.Right up my Strasse as they would say.Much applause and many congrats..........When can i get a copybiggrin

I hate hard house as a rule but if you must have it then this is the sort you need.  It does indeed tick all the right boxes production wise and it's virtually indistinguishable from VC/Tidy style stuff.  If you were after making commercial hard house then you've very much succeeded.  I'd probably buy it if I had any ambtions of playing a hard house event.  Nice one.

Hardcore!  Technically I was expecting perfection after being flambayed on my forum, and I wasn't disappointed.  Wow, fucking intense!  The song screams get up and dance.  The thing I typically don't like about this genre is that it can be too repetitive, and the energy of your song doesn't get boring for a split second.  Your changes within the tune only build intensity from beginning to end.  They go from crazy to insane.  Loved the tune and would play it when I DJ a rave.

Yeah, and thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

theeye - think your flambaying (sp?) on the board was a lot to do with your musical style being a bit out of place on this board. good on you for sticking around tho, taking on comments, and listening to other stuff. glad you liked my track smilethumbsup
