Well.... got my new computer on Friday...
My Broadband company (pipex) said it was all set up and ready to go but they hadnt give me a password and shit... I tried all Fri night to get my modem working and couldnt...
I realised i needed 3 filters not 2 on all the lines in my house... By this time i was pissed right off and just couldnt get the modem to dial up...
Got onto the phone sat morning and they gave me my password / username etc!!
I thought id have it working withing the day so i went out and got back.... had another go with the modem and it still didnt work... It pissed me off bigstyle...
So even by sat night the modem wasnt working... Me and my mate fiddled about with it for hours and finally got the modem to dial up... I thought that was it... i had it working!!
So dialed up only to realise the fuckers had give me the wrong password... It was now late sat night and the pipex helpline wasnt open till 8 this morning...
How shit is that... its took 3days to set it up only to realise they fucked my off with my password..
Im phoneing them this morning and HOPEFULLY should be online tonight....
Anyone else have Pipex?? What have they been like with you?
