Dunno about that but it definitely isn't as easy as what some people think. Not like you can load the tracks up press a button and they're mixed. The warping is a skill in itself as is beatmatching. You only have to check the Ableton forums for people crying about their lack of warping abilities to realise that. But once you have it licked your set for life.
The main difference between Ableton and Decks is the beatmatching. Decks have to be beat matched and Ableton tracks have to be warped. Everything else is pretty much exactly the same. You still have to program the tunes correctly, make a smooth transition, EQ's, FX etc using software.
