silly people with more money than sense spoiling things for the rest of us. these tunes are NOT RARE - how can they be when they are a couple of years old? fair enough you may have to shop around for a month or two but £70 just isn't justified for tunes that never had a "limited" run in the first place

that's a lot harder to get hold of in mint condition than any normal run dance tune.

the only dance tunes that should command high prices are ones with ultra limited runs (ie OGI - although i don't rate that, but that's not the point) and original acetates

If someone likes a tune and feels is worth whatever then that's their decision.  The value of a record is relative to how much a person wants/likes it. 

What I don't understand is people who buy records just because they are rare.  Sometimes without even knowing what they sound like.  What's the point in having a record as some sort of trophy??  I think certain people just look out for when someone says a tune is good/rare then buy it blindly so they can show off.
