sundissential mix tape packs

after listening to the farley mix, it reminded me of those sunny's mix tape packs

has anyone got em? i had them all but have lost them over the years

Ive got 2 of them one called Hard House Project and also one which is Sundissential live at the Que Club.

Cant remember what one it is but on one of them its got madders slating Judge Jules.

i had a couple aswell but lost them

would really like to get them again

I've got copies of that pack where madders is slagging of Judge Jules for not mentioning he was going to play at Sunnys on the radio.

The Farley tapes got the Killer and Turbulence - kick in the middle on

i remember when i was at evolution think it was 4th 1 they did there after uropa shut and he was introducing mark grey and said U CAN FORGET FERGIE!!

Fuck me how bad is the mixing on the Rafferty one in particular! It would've been nice if he'd made a vague effort to beatmatch a couple of the tunes.

cos it was all about the music and getting trashed

hit the nail on the head there mate, aslong as the tunes were good, thats all that mattered. wondered what has happend to it all..........

them tape makes have really made me apreciate how much fun i had back then. not the same nowadays

Fair enough not liking trance but Crasher dicked on insomniacz and Somz knew it. It was good when it was a proper afterparty at Uropa, when it went to Corp. it just became a seedy little drop in centre for anyone that happened to be out on the streets!

Somz relied on rasher and its No coincidence that Somz decline was directly in line with that of Crasher ceasing weekly and eventually monthly trade. Crashers back monthly now though so no doubt there will be another futile effort to get it up and running again!

Got a feeling theres one of them coming up.

I have the four pack with Fergie, Rafferty, Farley and Kershaw but haven't converted them yet.  I did have another which was a double pack with Tony de Vit and Andy Farley, unfortunately the original to Andy's set went when my car stereo was robbed in Birmingham on a weekend when I was going Sundissential!  I think I have an iffy copy of it around somewhere, need to try and find it out and convert it to mp3.  Will get on that when I get chance, same with the others as well
