This is a fukkin MEAN track!

I love how there's no real breakdown/buildup, but just that one "SNARE" before the main riffs hit. Quality. Fukkin set it off.

Good sample too. Loved that movie.

I'm curious as to how you pulled that sample so cleanly if you don't mind sharing the knowledge.

I'd say down to eqing mate.

I dont think the sample is that clean tbh, it's not as clean as i'd like it to be, still a slight bit of background noise but i tried to mask it with hoovers!!

Yeah just eq'd the hell out of it really!

Whats that? About taking just 1 channel (5.1) cos the background noise is on the rear speakers?

Right.

The center channel would be the vocal. And the other speaks are for the music/efx/etc. That's what the thread was about anyways, never tried it myself, altho I'm tempted to.

I QUITE LIKE THE WAY THIS TUNE STARTS, BUT THEN IT SEEMS TO BE A BIT OTT ON THE HOOVERS FOR ME, AND NOT ENOUGH VARIATION/GROOVE TO IT.

BUT IM SURE IT DOES THE DAMAGE.
