faster than my usual listening preference - but i'll give it a go . some really nice ideas. the percussion almost has a funky old captain tinrib feel, which is cool - think the samples/quality let you down a little bit as they sound a little bit weak - the patterns are cool tho - with a lot of interesting ideas.

sounds wicked when the full percussion pattern kicks in a bit more at about 2:24.. think it should stay like this for a while, as all the chopping and changing gets a bit much (would be cool, but think it just changes a little too much)

cool vocal break bit, with all the mad percussive stabs goin on

anyway, nice work - the best i've heard from you so far i reckon, still needs a little work on production (fatter samples, maybe more work on reverb, and panning perhaps?), and maybe make it a little less chop/change, but some of your percussion lines and ideas are spot on, as i said, reminds me a lot of captain tinrib

from about 3:30 minutes in the track improves with the extra percusion.....still could use more though......needs a solid bass line also to give the track so low end grunt.....like ben and pickle said....work on the samples and put some weight on them for some extra depth. I liked the sample and the end is some good work. But all in all its a good effort and keep at it

cheers dude , agreed on the choppyness n dryness, some mates of mine were round yesterday and reakoned it were to choppy too, so back to the drawing board with this one.
