Dance music Joe, you're going to find every genre has it's formulas, nothing is exempt. It's easy to stereotype, D&B is a Reese and a Tramen. Not that simple but, you get the idea if you want to cut it down to the basics. Listened to enough of it over the years to hear it's riddled with looped patterns/cliches just as much the latest Electro House same bassline nonsense.

There's such a thing as having too much of something and this is where listening to a broad spectrum of music comes in. Listen to one thing and nothing else you'll be ready to smack your head against a wall in no time.
