The Human Rights Act will spell the end for this country. There is no deterrent not to commit crime these days. I really don't see any reason why all crimes shouldn't be met with an eye for an eye response. If this guy and his mates tipped acid on some girl then tip acid on them, it's only fair. And even then that only makes you equal, then you should start on the revenge. If someone can gang rape a girl then tip acid on them then I fail to see any point in their existence. That girl will certainly never have any kind of life again so neither should they.
