STOMP always strives to bring you best up and coming talent showing that you don’t always need the big names to produce the goods, and June is no different. We’ve got a hard house special in store for you this month (with a pinch of techno) and we’ve booked 7 seriously talented DJ’s (with 5 STOMP debut’s) to rock the Scubar this June.
Alvez - Myspace
Local boy Alvez is beginning to make some serious waves on the hard scene at the moment. With regular collaborations alongisde Frank Farrell he has played part in monsters such as ‘Madison Groove’, ’Wingle My Finger’ & ‘IYDI?’ (Just signed to deprivation). Expect some relentless filth from the Manc lad.
Tim Stokes
With his own imitable chunky hard sound and releases on Combat, Flashpoint Digital & Nukleuz it’s no wonder he’s recently been signed to Toolbox as an official artist. Based in the midlands we welcome him to chunk us up Stokes style.
Adam K - Dementia Records Myspace
The second part of our midlands invasion comes in the form of Adam K. Not content with releases out on Toolbox, Combat & Oktane Records he also runs 2 nights (Crank & Confusion) and his own label Dementia. Again, showing you that STOMP bring you some of the best talent the country has to offer.
Caddy - Myspace
Warming up proceedings for our first Hard House special is Exit’s very own techno maestro Caddy. Flawless sets along with some seriously naughty beats means there’s no one more suited to start off the night.
Chris E & James Ahmed
Fresh off the back of the Launch of HardHeaded Recordings we welcome the boys to give us a taste of the label has to offer. With their night in Liverpool doing strong for the last couple of years we can’t wait to have them rock the STOMP decks for us.
Connors - Myspace
Resident and promoter Connors steps up for the STOMP faithful once again to get your arses wiggling to some proper bum shaking hard house.
It’s all about the STOMP Safari this month, so whether you want to roar like a tiger, growl like a bear or just have a long neck like a giraffe we want you to do it with us on the 27th June. :0)
