Nah they've just continued making them. Renued their whole product line except them, if they ain't broke don't fix them. They do sound amazing probably the best 2 way monitor I've heard

The first pair buzzed loudly and the tweeter had blown on one. The 2nd pair one of the Amps was fucked and rattling whilst the other one spurted out white noise. And the 3rd pair had no bottom end to them and the final straw was when i played a sine ....

So after ordering some new monitors (Event Opals) 4 months ago and then going through 3 pairs of them in a month I decided to get some Genelec 1032a's. And they're fucking amazing and they haven't even worn in yet, so I'm expecting some more mids ....

In reply toIn reply towant a big reverb on vox/lead synth?  try setting up the reverb as a send effect. then sending the reverbed signal to a sidechain comp with the trigger for the sidechain being the sound you are applying the reverb ....
