the KRK RP6/8 are probably your best bet. nice full sound with a good bass. nothing too accurate which I always found better for mixing.

just use a delay on a send channel and put however much you need until it sounds smooth. don't put the effect on the actually channel, you want it to be subtle and controlled.

you have a kick at 2:34 ish which delays into the distance. the last part of that delay is at 2:41 but it stops too abruptly. it defeats the point of delaying into the background if its not a smooth transition. just filter it out as well as delay ....

much better mate. the kicks in the breakdown need a little bit of delay on them I would say though. they end a bit too abruptly, the last one before the build up actually clicks when it cuts off. keep the delay on until the last kick in that part ....

I thought the sounds used suited what you were after, a nice uplifting tune. I think the break was too short and the kicks used in it on the wrong beat, so that they made the drop sound out of time. It sounded like it skipped when it kicked ....
