How do i logon?
When ever you visit a page that requires authentication you will be prompted for a username and password. If you don not yet have an account please visit the "
Sign Up" page. Creating a new account simply involves entering your e-mail address and choosing a username and password.
I have forgotten my user name or password
Retrieving your user ID and password is quick and easy. All of the pages that require you to identify yourself with your user name and password carry a lost password link that you can use to have your user ID and password e-mailed instantly to you. Simply enter your email address and provided that e-mail address has an account the details will be email to address specified.
Changing your e-mail address
You can change your e-mail address by visiting the "
Change My E-mail Address" page. You can also change the format you receive e-mails in using this page.
Changing your password
If you wish to change you password you can do so by visiting the "
Change My Password" page.
Changing your shipping address
Each time you request we send you a package you will be asked to confirm your contact details. The details you confirm will be used for that package and cannot be changed after you have confirmed them, as a result there is no need to change your address until you }want a package sent. The details you enter will be used to complete the contact details confirmation page }time you request we send you a package.
Pre Order Discounts
You can now save money by pre-ordering items before they are released. The amount of discount depends on when you order the item. If you order within the first week of being launched on our site you will receive the maximum discount. Any time between the end of the first week and the items release date will qualify for a smaller discount. This is a great way of saving money and staying upfront with the latest releases.
How do I find out about the newest releases?
If you want to stay informed about all the latest releases then make sure you are
subscribed to the mailing list. Every time we upload any new releases you will then receive an e-mail informing you about it. In the meantime visit the new release pages to view all items released this week.
How do I unsubscribe from the mailing list?
If you no longer want to stay informed about all the latest releases then please visit the "
Unsubscribe" page. You can unsubscribe your self from the mailing list by entering your registered e-mail address.
