Placing Your First Order
To complete the checkout process you must be a registered user. Signing Up ensures that when you come back to BangingTunes.com in the future, you can use the same contact details you provided during this first order. You will also be able to use your sign up to make changes to your order and account information.
Signing up is quick and easy and just involves providing your e-mail address and then choosing a username and password. You can either create your account first; this will enable you to explore the members areas of the site before completing your order. Or when you checkout and are prompted to sign-in you can follow the sign-up link. After signing up there is a button for returning to the shopping cart.
All orders must be placed online. We cannot accept orders by phone, fax, or e-mail.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item from BangingTunes.com, click the "Order", "Back Order" or "Pre Order" button on the item you wish to order. The buttons text indicates the availability of the item. Order means the item is in stock. Back order means the item is currently unavailable; we will order it for you and notify you when it arrives. Pre Order Means that the item has not yet been released; we will reserve the item for you and notify you when it arrives.
Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, use the navigation bar or the "Continue Shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the "Cart" button at the top of every page of our Web site.
The shopping cart allows you to view a guide price and "Shipping" options. You can change the selected country to your location and the shopping cart will then display VAT & tax information, plus shipping costs, according to your country. Please note that these are guide prices and may change depending on how you decide to proceed with your order.
Proceed to Checkout
If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away you can click the "Move to Wishlist" button }to the title. To add an item to your wishlist you will need to have already signed up, view the information under "Placing your first order" above.The item will move from your current Shopping Cart and be saved in your "Wish List" for a future order.
When you're ready to place the order, click the "Checkout" button, you will be taken to the first stage of the order completion process. The instructions below outline each step of our online order form. If at any point you encounter difficulty or receive an error message, please contact us.
Signing In
View the information under "Placing your first order" above if you do not yet have a sign-in. Enter your username and password, and click the "Sign In" button.
Send Available Items Now or Reserve?
BangingTunes.com has a specially designed checkout process that allows customers to reserve items, pre order unreleased items, and create orders that are economical on the shipping costs. You will be presented with options depending on the status of your order. If items are available you will have the option to reserve the available items, this is handy if only a few items are currently available and you wish to wait for more items before sending your order. Decide if you wish to send what's available now, or reserve the items till later. You must pay for the items either way but if you reserve the items you will not be charged for the shipping until you request we send your order.
Merge with existing dispatch?
If you have placed an order and requested we dispatch it to you there will be an item showing in your "
Order History" page as "due to be sent". This indicates that your order dispatch request has not yet been processed by our admin team. When you checkout with an unprocessed dispatch request you will be presented with an option to "merge with pending dispatch". Selecting this will merge the available items being ordered with those that are due to be sent. You may need to pay additional shipping costs, the price displayed for shipping will be for shipping the complete order, but the credit you have already paid towards this shipping will be subtracted on the payment confirmation page. This enables you to add last minute items to orders after you have requested we dispatch them to you.
Provide Your Contact Details
If this is your first order with BangingTunes.com or if you are shipping the available items now, you will be required to confirm your contact details. On future visits this page will complete itself using previous order data.
Select a Shipping Method
If you decide to dispatch the available items now you must select a shipping method. We will show you the available shipping options, price, and expected delivery times for delivering your order to your location.
Certain shipping services will only be available to certain destinations and for certain weights. If you do not see any services listed please contact us with details of your location and the items you are ordering. We will investigate why there are no options and see if there are any shipping services we can provide.
Provide a Method of Payment

All orders must be prepaid.
If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.
Review and Submit Your Order
Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and review the details of how we will process your order. If you need to make any adjustments you can go back to any stage of the checkout and continue. When you are ready, click the "Submit Order" button to complete your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. If you have requested we dispatch your order we will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.
Tracking Your Order
If you would like to review or change something about the order you placed before it enters the shipping process, click the "
My Account" link in the top right corner of most pages on our site. Here you will be able to change the particulars of your order without having to contact us.
