Reviewing & Changing Your Orders
You can review the details and status of any order you have placed via the "
My Account" area of the site.
You can confirm the items dispatched, the date and method of shipment, and a tracking number, if applicable using the "
Order History" page.
Cancel an Item from Your Order
If you have an item reserved, or on order, that you wish to cancel you can visit the "
My Order" page. From here click the remove button that corresponds to the item you wish to remove.
When you cancel your order for an item, the item will disappear from your "
Order Page" and any payments you made towards the item will remain as credit on your account with us.
You can view the balance of your account with us at anytime by visiting your "
Financial Statement Page".
We cannot offer refunds on items being cancelled; the credit we apply to your account with us must be used towards the cost of purchasing another item.
Please note that accounts showing an excessively high rate of order cancellations risk account suspension.
Dispatching Your Order
You may choose not to dispatch items that are available when you checkout.
If you decide to do this because you wish to wait for more items to arrive or group orders to save on shipping you will at some stage need to request the dispatch of your order.
You can do this by visiting the "
My Order Page".
Provided there are items reserved for you there will be an option to "
Send Now".
Selecting "
Send Now" allows you to choose a courier service to use and instructs us to dispatch your order.
You will need to pay for the cost of shipping using a credit card, or have sufficient credit on your account to cover the shipping cost.
