V.A.T. & Tax Information

EU Member countries

The countries listed here are members of the European Union and must pay V.A.T. @17.5%.

V.A.T-free orders must be delivered to an address outside the EU.

Orders from non-EU residents to be delivered within the EU do not qualify.

Import Duty

Customers who live in non European Union countries may be liable for import duty. Please check with your local customs department if you are in doubt. We do not offer refunds on packages returned as a result of failure to pay the import duty or taxes.
